## About the Role

* Competency in a wide range of desktop technologies including MS Windows, Apple OS, Active Directory, User and Group Management, and MS Office Suite.
 * Experience using Microsoft System Center Configurations Manager (SCCM) and/or InTune to create and deploy packages and manage endpoint device compliance.
 * Ability to use collaboration tools including MS Teams, as well as remote support tools like GoToAssist., * Associate's degree in information technology ore related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
 * 1-3 years of experience in a Service/Help Desk or technical support role.
 * Strong working knowledge of MS Windows, Apple OS, Active Directory/Entra ID, User and Group Management, and MS Office Suite.

## Description

* Troubleshoot, support, and resolve incoming technical issues for Laborie team members, including hardware and software issues.
 * Provide problem analysis to collect repetitive issues and drive to closure through root cause analysis and other ITIL processes.
 * Identify, research, and recommend automation tools and other modern solutions to better enhance the Laborie user experience.
 * Partner with providers, such as technology suppliers and wireless carriers, to provide devices, solutions, and support to the organization.
