Work you'll do/Responsibilities + Configure Epic OpTime workflows, including case scheduling, preference cards, intraoperative documentation, and anesthesia records. + Translate surgical and operating room workflows into Epic system functionality. + Design configurations that support clinical safety, regulatory requirements, HIPAA, ICD-10, and audit-trail standards. + Customize decision tables, user roles, security settings, and operating room resource configurations. + Partner with clinical, IT, and business stakeholders to validate workflows and optimize system performance. + Support testing, issue resolution, implementation, and end-user readiness for OpTime enhancements.
