What Will Make Us Love You * 7+ years of experience designing, building, and leading large-scale distributed VoIP networks. * Prior official experience as an Engineering Manager in a dual technical/leadership capacity. * Certifications in Kamailio or OpenSIPS. * Proven track record of building trust, maintaining high morale, and promoting continuous career progression for direct reports.
