We're looking for builders who thrive in ambiguity, care deeply about craft, and want real ownership over what they create., * Build and own entire sections of the product, including major parts of the web application * Design, implement, and ship features end-to-end - from UI to APIs to infrastructure * Help optimize and scale our voice AI infrastructure, improving latency, reliability, and cost * Collaborate closely with founders and teammates to shape product direction * Ship to production frequently and iterate based on real user feedback, We take full responsibility for our work, outcomes, and team success.
