## About the Role

* 2+ years of experience in a data or analytics role
 * Strong SQL skills, including window functions and query optimization
 * Hands-on experience with a BI platform such as Looker, Tableau, or Metabase
 * Strong analytical thinking and the ability to connect data to real business decisions
 * Experience presenting insights to non-technical stakeholders
 * Ability to explain analytical methodology, assumptions, and limitations clearly
 * Comfortable challenging assumptions when the available data does not support a conclusion

NICE TO HAVE

 * Python or R
 * dbt
 * Experience with experiment design and A/B testing
 * Familiarity with B2B SaaS metrics
 * Data warehouse and dimensional modeling experience
 * Experience working with product analytics or customer behavior data

## Description

* Define, maintain, and document the core metrics used across the product and business
 * Build and maintain recurring dashboards and reporting in a BI platform
 * Analyze product, customer, and commercial data to answer questions from product, sales, and business teams
 * Partner with product and engineering teams on experiment design, analysis, and interpretation
 * Investigate data quality issues and work with engineering to address problems at the source
 * Identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks through exploratory analysis
 * Present analytical findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders, including limitations and areas where the data does not provide a reliable answer
 * Help establish a consistent, data-informed approach to product and business decision-making
