## About the Role

* Five to eight years of developing mobile applications for enterprise and consumer use.
 * Comfortable working in an agile environment
 * Strong proficiency and experience in Flutter with additional knowledge in Swift or Kotlin
 * Experience integrating with backend systems, web services, and third-party software
 * A growth mindset toward learning and a desire to give and receive feedback
 * Experience composing and presenting thoughtful and implementable solutions to a variety of stakeholders (technical and non-technical)

Required Education:

 * Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or comparable field of study, and/or equivalent work experience

## Description

* We are responsible for the end-to-end digital and physical Guest experience for all technology & digital-led initiatives across the Attractions & Entertainment, Food & Beverage, Resorts & Transportation and Merchandise lines of business as well as other initiatives including.
 * This role sits in the Cruise Line organization within Technology & Digital for Experiences. It works closely with our Cruise Line partners and various teams from across the company.
 * The Senior Software Engineer will report to the Manager of Technology.

About The Role & Team:

 * This team creates and supports the Cruise Line Mobile app

What You'll Do:

 * Participate in software design, coding, code reviews, and assist software architects
 * Collaborate across multiple teams, from product to design to define system requirements and/or necessary modifications
 * Manage production issues and solve Client problems unique to a shipboard environment
 * Create opportunities to learn and improve the codebase
 * May lead small projects encompassing analysis, design, programming, and debugging for our mobile application
 * You will be expected to stay up to date with emerging technologies and pilot proofs of concept for those technologies
