In this role, you will own the architecture, design, development, and implementation of complex ServiceNow solutions that automate business processes and enhance user experience. You will partner directly with business stakeholders to shape requirements, drive solutions from concept through delivery with minimal oversight, set development standards for the platform, and ensure it remains scalable, efficient, and aligned with industry best practices. This position will be based in our Austin office. Relocation assistance is available for non-local candidates.
