As a Senior Software Engineer on the Customer Retention team, you'll lead the technical design and implementation of scalable, high-performance front-end experiences across web and mobile (React, React Native). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive front-end architecture decisions, mentor engineers, and influence the direction of our platform.
