You'll partner across teams to troubleshoot issues, improve workflows, and support the integrations and upgrades that help our business move with speed and confidence. You'll also be a go-to resource for user support, access management, and device setup across both our office and retail environments. A DAY IN THE LIFE * Administer and configure the ERP platform (NetSuite preferred), including roles, permissions, workflows, saved searches, and data governance. * Maintain system integrity through audits, documentation, and proactive monitoring. * Support integrations between ERP and other business applications. * Partner with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, optimize processes, and support new functionality. * Assist with system upgrades, enhancements, and testing cycles.
