* 5+ years of hands-on professional experience in software engineering
 * 3+ years of developing native mobile applications (iOS and/or Android)
 * Experience building large-scale, mission-critical mobile applications
 * Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies
 * Self-driven, team player, excellent communicator (written and oral)
 * Must be able to think critically and manage time
 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other STEM degree
 * Must be authorized to work for any employer in the US
 * Must reside in the US - You must be able to work out of the Reston office

* Design and implement well-developed software
 * Communicate with stakeholders, product owners, and team members suggesting efficient solutions based on their requirements and goals
 * Meet delivery commitments of feature content throughout the entire Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC) from requirements definition through post-implementation support
