In this role, you will plan, execute, and document verification and validation activities for innovative, small, man-portable electromechanical systems. You'll work hands-on with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Program teams to develop robust test methods, troubleshoot failures, validate designs, and ensure products meet demanding functional, environmental, safety, and performance requirements. What You'll Do * Develop comprehensive test plans, procedures, and acceptance criteria. * Perform functional, performance, environmental, durability, and reliability testing. * Operate electrical, mechanical, and environmental test equipment, including oscilloscopes, DAQs, battery analyzers, vibration tables, and thermal chambers. * Analyze test results, troubleshoot failures, identify root causes, and support corrective actions. * Validate embedded electronics, sensors, RF/communication modules, and mechanical assemblies. * Support compliance testing to military standards such as MIL-STD-810 and MIL-STD-461. * Design and build custom test fixtures, jigs, and instrumentation. * Maintain accurate test reports, defect logs, configuration records, and traceability documentation. * Support prototype builds, engineering evaluations, and production transition. * Improve test methods, data collection, automation, and reliability analysis. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve testability, manufacturability, and long-term reliability. ## Related Videos - [Are Classical Automation Frameworks Dead?
