## Description

* Facilitate daily standups and other Agile ceremonies as needed
 * Protect the team from over-committing and scope creep during iteration/sprint planning meetings
 * Aid in estimation and sub-task creation
 * Participate in sprint reviews and capture feedback
 * Conduct retrospectives to identify areas for improvement and create action items for future sprints
 * Serve as the administrator of the scrum board (e.g., Jira), ensuring cards are up to date
 * Meet individually with team members and stakeholders as needed to resolve disagreements about process and work styles
 * Consult with team members and internal stakeholders on how best to work with the scrum team
 * Provide regular analysis of burndown charts and other portfolio planning tools
 * Aid the team by eliminating external blockers and managing internal roadblocks through process or workflow improvements
