You will oversee enterprise infrastructure operations while supporting modernization initiatives across cloud, networking, storage, virtualization, cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and collaboration platforms. The ideal candidate combines strong people leadership with deep technical expertise and the ability to translate business needs into practical technology solutions., * Lead, mentor, and develop a team of infrastructure engineers and administrators across multiple technical disciplines. * Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer service. * Manage performance, staffing, career development, and team priorities. * Provide coaching and technical guidance while supporting day-to-day operational needs. Own Infrastructure Operations * Oversee enterprise infrastructure services including servers, storage, networking, cloud platforms, virtualization, databases, collaboration systems, and backup solutions. * Ensure high availability, performance, reliability, and security across infrastructure environments. * Manage critical incidents, escalations, and service interruptions while driving timely resolution. * Partner with internal stakeholders to maintain and improve technology operations. Drive Technology Strategy and Modernization * Execute infrastructure roadmap initiatives, including lifecycle management, capacity planning, and platform modernization. * Implement technology standards and best practices that improve scalability, consistency, and operational efficiency. * Support the adoption of emerging technologies and automation capabilities.
