 * Hands-on AWS Aurora PostgreSQL, AWS DMS, and AWS Schema Conversion Tool experience.
 * Experience with ER/Studio, data governance, metadata, lineage, quality, security, and resilience.
 * Strong technical leadership and stakeholder management skills.

## Description

Lead enterprise data architecture, modeling, database modernization, and migration, with a focus on SQL Server to Amazon Aurora PostgreSQL. Own strategy while providing hands-on technical leadership across assessment, migration, validation, and stabilization., * Define enterprise data/database architecture, standards, models, and target-state strategy.

 * Lead SQL Server * PostgreSQL/Aurora PostgreSQL migration planning and execution.
 * Drive schema conversion, stored code remediation, CDC, reconciliation, cutover, rollback, and validation.
 * Establish database DevOps, IaC, schema-as-code, governance, security, and performance standards.
 * Optimize indexing, queries, partitioning, connections, and workloads.
 * Lead and mentor cross-functional teams and communicate architecture decisions, risks, and trade-offs.
