## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in the IT field

 * MCSE 2012/2016 or VCP 6/6.5 certification (preferred).

 * 7+ years of experience in IT (preferred).

 * Experience with Cisco, Meraki, Datto, VMware, Office 365, and Mac OS (a plus).

 * AWS or Azure experience (a plus).

 * Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate in a team environment.

 * High attention to detail and organization, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

 * Enthusiasm for contributing to the success of a growing company and client base.

Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking to add a Sr. Systems Administrator. In this role, you will provide expert-level support, lead complex technical projects, and be responsible for:
Responsibilities

 * Design, implement, and support cloud infrastructure

 * Provide support and troubleshooting to resolve technical issues for end users

 * Support of Microsoft-related technologies: Windows Server, Office 365/Exchange, SQL, SharePoint, etc.

 * Support of virtual environments, including VMware and Hyper-V

 * Support backup and disaster recovery solutions

 * Configure, install, and support various network devices and services, including WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, & security

 * Liaise with third-party vendors and other IT personnel for problem-resolution

 * Effectively communicate with customers on ticket progress, impending changes, or agreed-upon outages, etc.

 * Maintain strong client system documentation, including system reviews and recommendations

 * Maintain daily documentation by entering time, expenses, and all work as service tickets in ConnectWise

 * Other duties as assigned
