You will be a part of the Integration, Test, and Launch Operations organization, where you will lead a team responsible for software integration and testing for multiple programs. As the Sr. Manager for Software Integration and Test, you will be a people-first leader, dedicated to building and guiding a team of highly skilled engineers. You will oversee all aspects of your team's work, from technical execution to individual career growth, while supporting software in the loop (SIL), modeling and simulation, and SIL infrastructure. You will work closely with hardware in the loop (HIL) and vehicle test teams, Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), the Flight Software (FSW) organization, and Systems Engineering to ensure the successful integration and validation of our software systems., * People Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing software integration and test team.
