Preferred Qualifications * Experience with software development processes. * Strong customer service, teamwork, and interpersonal skills. * Demonstrated experience proactively resolving IT issues and improving processes. * Experience facilitating communication and coordination between internal and external organizations. * Knowledge of systems administration, including Active Directory and Group Policy. * Experience with file management, transcription, and administrative procedures. * Experience developing and implementing IT policies and processes. Security Clearance DOE L Clearance is required. The selected candidate must have the ability to obtain and maintain the required DOE facility access. DoD clearance reciprocity may be used while DOE clearance adjudication is evaluated. ## Description Horizon Global Partners (HgP) is seeking an experienced IT Coordinator to support the Department of Energy (DOE), Naval Reactors Laboratory Field Office (NRLFO) Mission Support Division. The IT Coordinator will provide IT support, coordinate technical services, support IT projects, assist with telecommunications, and help maintain IT processes and documentation across NRLFO operations.
