 * Ensure platform security, compliance, and adherence to best practices
 * Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and platform-related issues
 * Design, build, and maintain internal platforms that support application development and deployment
 * Monitor system performance, reliability, and availability using observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana)
 * Automate operational processes to reduce manual intervention and improve efficiency
 * Collaborate with software engineering teams to improve developer experience and deployment workflows
