## About the Role

Our client is seeking an IT Project Manager for a hybrid contract role in the Pittsburgh, PA area. The ideal candidate will have strong agile experience and a proven ability to work directly with software development teams., * Experience leading and managing complex IT projects from initiation through delivery and closeout.

 * Partner directly with software developers, business stakeholders, product teams, and internal leadership.
 * Manage projects using both Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies, selecting the appropriate approach based on project needs.
 * Translate business needs into clear project requirements, deliverables, timelines, and milestones.
 * Manage rapidly changing priorities while maintaining project momentum and stakeholder alignment.
 * Coordinate project resources, dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverables.
 * Build and maintain project schedules and Gantt charts using Microsoft Planner or MS Project.
 * Ability to work closely with development teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
 * Communication skills to provide clear communication and status reporting to stakeholders and leadership.
 * AI experience - preferably Copilot, * PMP certification is a plus, but not required.
