## About the Role

+ Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, or Senior standing in Agricultural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering
 + 3.0 or higher GPA preferred
 + Be able to commit to Bobcat for the entire term of the co-op (8 months) or internship (4-months)
 + Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint)
 + Knowledge of drafting software preferred (ProE/Creo or Solid Works)
 + Excellent communication and collaboration skills
 + Project management skills are preferred

Co-op: An 8-month long opportunity, Co-op positions are a full-time employment experience. Co-ops are fully immersed into the worlds of corporate and production industry as a full-time team member.
Internship: A semester long opportunity, Internships positions are a part-time employment experience. With the opportunity to extend multiple semesters, Interns tap into the foundations of our corporate and production industries.
Co-op and Intern opportunities span across 18 of Bobcat's different functions.
Role & Responsibility

 + Develop tests to evaluate functionality and performance
 + Determine and test the necessary components
 + Determine loads / conditions to be applied (voltage, temperature, vibration, etc.)
 + Determine physical parameters and monitoring methods
 + Operate machines or simulators under controlled conditions
 + Record and analyze data
 + Build or rework prototypes as design changes are made
 + Set up and operate a structural fatigue test
 + Conduct specifications testing on a working model
