## About the Role

* 6+ years building and shipping production systems
 * A track record of owning problems end-to-end, not just executing tickets, but defining and delivering.
 * Experience identifying and resolving bottlenecks and performance issues within our VoIP infrastructure
 * Experience with VoIP platforms like FreeSwitch, Kamailio, OpenSIPS, Asterisk
 * A hands-on, daily relationship with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, etc.) - you've figured out how to move meaningfully faster with them.

What we hope you have

 * Experience at a fast-moving startup or SaaS company.
 * Familiarity with distributed systems concepts: queues, event-driven architecture, horizontal scaling.
 * Hands-on experience with network monitoring, network diagnostics, and network analytics tools.
 * WebRTC experience: SDP negotiation, ICE/STUN/TURN, browser and mobile softphones
 * Proficient in packet capture utilities and identifying application issues at the packet level.
 * Experience in network, server, and application-status monitoring.
