## About the Role

* Senior-level experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web application development.
 * Strong React experience
 * Experience with at least one full-stack React framework (Next.js, Remix, React Router 7, SvelteKit, etc.) - familiarity with SSR, file-based routing, and server/client boundaries is the key transferable skill
 * Strong .NET/C# development experience and experience building server-side applications with Node.js.
 * Experience designing and optimizing PostgreSQL databases.
 * Familiarity with Drizzle ORM
 * Strong experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs.

Technical Competencies

 * Strong understanding of Git workflows, pull requests, branching strategies, and code reviews.
 * Ability to write maintainable, scalable, and well-documented code.
 * Experience working with and evolving existing codebases and architectures.
 * Strong understanding of software design principles, architecture patterns, and security best practices.
 * Ability to evaluate technical trade-offs and deliver pragmatic solutions.

## Description

* Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable web applications.
 * Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers.
 * Review solution designs and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture.
 * Participate in PI Planning and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
 * Promote development standards, code quality, and engineering best practices.
 * Conduct code reviews and contribute to architectural and technical decision-making.
