You'll be a hands-on partner to 200+ users across Sales, Marketing, Customer Advocates, Delivery Services, and Finance. As the front-line owner of day-to-day requests across Salesforce and connected tools, you'll troubleshoot issues, manage access, execute enhancements, and escalate complex or cross-functional work to Revenue Operations. This role blends responsive support with structured execution against Peregrine's longer-term GTM systems roadmap - contributing to projects through a sprint-based workflow, running recurring data-governance work, and spotting opportunities for automation, documentation, training, and self-service. You'll thrive here if you enjoy solving problems, can balance urgent needs with planned work, and want to deepen your Salesforce and GTM systems expertise in a complex, evolving environment. What You'll Do * You respond to team needs, take timely action to support business outcomes, and collaborate constructively with teammates. * You communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders and know when to involve a more senior teammate. * You can triage competing requests, assess urgency and business impact, and stay organized in a fast-changing environment. * You troubleshoot day-to-day issues and distinguish between a systems issue, a need for user guidance, and a broader process improvement. * You are comfortable balancing quick-turn support with larger projects that may take weeks or months to complete. * You ask why behind requirements, seek feedback, and apply lessons from one request or project to the next. * You are developing an understanding of how GTM teams operate and why thoughtful change management matters, even for small system or workflow updates. * You handle sensitive business information and customer contracts carefully and maintain appropriate discretion. ## Related Videos - [Integrate your Cognitive Assistant with 3rd-party DBs and software](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/249-integrate-your-cognitive-assistant-with-3rd-party-dbs-and-software) - [A Founder's Journey : From Startup Chaos to Purposeful Growth](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1926-a-founder-s-journey-from-startup-chaos-to-purposeful-growth) - [Building the Next Generation of Software](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/100186-building-the-next-generation-of-software) - [Building Talent Acquisitions Teams](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1496-building-talent-acquisitions-teams) - [CountrPT: Startup Product Presentation](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1161-countrpt-startup-product-presentation) ## Related Articles - [Highest Paying Tech Companies for Developers](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/220-highest-paying-tech-companies-for-developers) - [The Prompt Engineer ✍️](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/216-the-prompt-engineer) - [Dev Digest 120 - Apple and peers](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/455-dev-digest-120-apple-and-peers) - [The Best X (Twitter) Accounts for Developers](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/294-the-best-x-twitter-accounts-for-developers) - [How We Built a Worry-Free System That Runs for 10+ Years – And What We’d Do Again](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/751-how-we-built-a-worry-free-system-that-runs-for-10-years-and-what-we-d-do-again) - [Best US AI Conferences for CTOs in 2026: Build vs. Buy, Vendor Evaluation, and Peer Intelligence](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/736-best-us-ai-conferences-for-ctos-in-2026-build-vs-buy-vendor-evaluation-and-peer-intelligence)
