## Description

* Architect and build full-stack feature end-to-end (Ruby on Rails, Python, SQL, JS/Vue/React)
 * Drive technical vision, code quality standards, and engineering best practices
 * Communicate complex concepts simply and help technical and non-technical teams align
 * Ship quickly in iterative cycles: prototype, launch, iterate, scale
 * Make pragmatic trade-offs to deliver value fast while maintaining product integrity
 * Use AI tools to speed up engineering output for yourself and your team
 * Build, maintain, and scale SaaS products that serve real patients and clinicians
 * Own migrations, services, APIs, and long-term maintainability
 * Design and implement high-quality, maintainable, and well-tested code
 * Contribute to system architecture and technical design decisions
 * Improve performance, scalability, and reliability of core platform systems
 * Work across backend, frontend, and infrastructure layers as needed
 * Continuously refactor and improve existing codebases
