## Description

* Design and implement control interfaces for real-world robotics systems
 * Own projects end-to-end, from early concept and prototyping through production deployment
 * Work closely with Engineering, Operations, Product, and Leadership to define and ship solutions
 * Improve system reliability, scalability, and observability in production environments
 * Debug complex systems-level issues across hardware and software
 * Help shape technical direction, best practices, and team workflows as Tutor scales
