You will help customers move from a successful sale to a successful implementation, guiding them through setup, data connections, configuration, and initial adoption. You will work closely with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Sales to make sure each customer gets up and running smoothly and sees value from the platform early., * Manage the implementation process for new customers from kickoff through launch * Work with customers to understand their workflows, data sources, and technical requirements * Coordinate product configuration, integrations, data connections, and other implementation activities * Translate customer requirements into clear tasks for internal technical and product teams * Create implementation plans, track milestones, and keep customers informed about progress * Identify and resolve implementation risks, dependencies, and blockers before they affect the launch * Validate data, configurations, and workflows before handing customers over to the Customer Success team * Create onboarding materials and documentation that make future implementations more efficient * Gather implementation feedback and identify recurring issues or opportunities to improve the product * Help develop scalable implementation processes as the CerebriOS customer base grows, Compensation will be determined based on experience, implementation expertise, and overall fit for the role.
