 * Semiconductor equipment

 * Aviation or aerospace maintenance

 * Automotive systems and diagnostics

 * Military technical occupations

 * Industrial automation

 * Manufacturing equipment

 * Electromechanical systems

 * Field service or maintenance environments, * Technical degree, bachelor's degree, military technical training, or equivalent hands-on experience

 * 3+ years of hands-on experience working with complex technical equipment or systems

 * Ability to work a night shift schedule (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) on an alternating compressed work week schedule (36 hr & 48 hr)

 * Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills

 * Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical documentation

 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills

 * Commitment to safe work practices

 * Ability to follow, validate, and improve operational and maintenance procedures

 * Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Experience delivering technical training, coaching others, or developing training content is highly valued but not required.

## Description

As a Technical Trainer, you'll play a critical role in preparing engineers and technicians to safely, confidently, and effectively support ASM equipment in the field.

You will:

 * Deliver engaging classroom and hands-on technical training on ASM equipment and systems

 * Create a positive learning environment that promotes technical growth, confidence, and safety

 * Coach and mentor engineers and technicians at varying levels of experience

 * Support the development and continuous improvement of training materials, labs, and learning content

 * Update training programs to reflect new technologies, equipment upgrades, and evolving procedures

 * Troubleshoot and maintain training systems to ensure equipment is fully functional and ready for instruction

 * Collaborate with Business Units, engineering teams, and product experts to keep training content current

 * Evaluate learner progress and provide constructive feedback to support development

 * Maintain training records and learning management systems

 * Represent the Global Training Center in cross-functional discussions and technology updates
