Must have professional services experience. * Power BI or MS Certification in Azure is a plus, * Advanced proficiency in Power BI (including DAX, Power Query, row-level security, and shared dataset management). * Strong skills in data modeling, visualization design, and performance optimization for large-scale data environments. * Hands-on experience with Tableau and Alteryx, particularly in development and migration contexts. * Solid background in SQL and working with relational databases or data lake environments. * Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, Azure Synapse, or SQL Server integration patterns. * Understanding of BI governance, metadata standards, and security/access control mechanisms. * Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value. * Minimum of five years of experience in business intelligence, analytics engineering, or data visualization roles. * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related discipline. * Experience working within professional services or legal industry settings. Preferred Attributes * Certification in Power BI or Microsoft Azure. * Proven track record in driving BI adoption and enabling self-service analytics across an organization. ## Description We are looking for an Analytics Engineer to take ownership of our business intelligence ecosystem, with an emphasis on delivering impactful solutions in Power BI. This individual will design, manage, and refine a portfolio of interactive dashboards, compelling data visualizations, and actionable reports for diverse audiences, including business leaders and legal teams.
