The Technical Implementation Manager is a hands-on people leader responsible for building, mentoring, and leading a team of Technical Implementation Leads and Software Developers delivering complex, customer-facing healthcare interoperability solutions. This role blends technical leadership with people management, ensuring successful project delivery while fostering the growth, performance, and engagement of a high-performing technical team. The successful candidate will have a strong Java development background and be comfortable providing technical guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle.
