This Systems Engineer position requires a strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and writing skills, deep systems engineering expertise, and experience in mission-critical, real-time geospatial applications. #MDFSP #AJCM, * Bachelor's degree in a qualified engineering field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus ten (10) years of systems engineering experience, OR

 + Master's degree or PhD in a qualified engineering field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus eight (8) years of systems engineering experience, OR
 + High School Diploma or GED plus fourteen (14) years of general systems engineering experience
 * Position requires an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph., * Proven experience in systems engineering and technical consulting for high-availability platforms
 * Background in geo-visualization tools, geo-informational systems, or related technologies
 * Expertise in gathering, documenting, and validating technical requirements
 * Ability to provide actionable recommendations for system architecture, scalability, and reliability
 * Excellent communication skills for cross-functional and multi-organizational collaboration
 * Proven communication skills for stakeholder engagement

## Description

Peraton is seeking a skilled Systems Engineer (SE) to support the Defense Special Missile and Aerospace Center (DEFSMAC). DEFSMAC requires a Systems Engineer to provide technical guidance and drive requirements gathering for a high-availability geo-visualization platform.
