 * Build conversational experiences that answer user questions, automate tasks, and execute business workflows.
 * Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and third-party platforms.
 * Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using enterprise knowledge sources.
 * Create and manage Power Automate workflows and AI-driven business processes.
 * Configure agent topics, actions, plugins, connectors, and orchestration logic.
 * Implement governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI practices.
 * Monitor agent performance, usage metrics, and continuously improve response quality.
 * Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define AI use cases.
 * Support production deployment, troubleshooting, and operational excellence of AI solutions.
