Create technical roadmaps that map customer objectives to Anrok capabilities. * Partner on account strategy - work closely with Account Managers on expansion prioritization, account planning, and QBRs. Provide technical qualification and strategic insights that inform forecasting. * Lead complex implementations - drive expansion implementations including multi-entity configurations and advanced feature deployments. Create parallel workstreams to accelerate time-to-value and monitor implementation health proactively. * Run live technical consultations - lead troubleshooting calls and configuration sessions with confidence. Demonstrate composure during high-pressure escalations and adapt technical depth based on your audience in real-time. * Be the Voice of the Customer - channel technical feedback, integration requirements, and product gaps to Product and Engineering to influence roadmap priorities. * Manage technical escalations - own the Technical Solutions queue for complex configurations and troubleshooting. Maintain SLAs for response and resolution, document issues comprehensively, and escalate to Engineering with complete context. * Build the playbook - create implementation guides, expansion frameworks, and reusable assets.
