Technical & Delivery Skills * Functional Tech Literacy: Working knowledge of SaaS architecture, API integration concepts, data mapping, and database structures - enough to challenge, guide, and credibly direct software engineers. * BSA Rigor: Skilled in authoring clear user stories, functional spec documents, and process flow diagrams. * Project Execution: Strong proficiency with Agile/Scrum and hybrid project management frameworks, along with tools like Jira, Confluence, Asana, or Smartsheet. Mindset & Soft Skills * Strong verbal, written, and executive presentation skills-equally comfortable presenting progress to leadership and diving into workflow details with technical teams in the same afternoon. * A pragmatic, "get-it-done" mentality with high agency and operational independence.
