## About the Role

+ Bachelor's Degree and 7+ years of experience designing and implementing agentic AI systems for coordinated workflow automation OR Master's Degree and 5+ years of experience OR 3+ years and PhD

 + Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#, and experience with AI / ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)

Nice to Have

 + Experience architecting and deploying generative AI platforms for enterprise operations, leveraging multi-agent orchestration, tool-integration frameworks, and modular AI components

 + Proven history of designing and engineering AI solutions that coordinate across multiple digital services and tools to solve complex operational challenges

 + Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements, enabling effective adoption of AI solutions across the enterprise

 + Experience developing secure, scalable, and maintainable APIs for AI and enterprise system integration

 + Familiarity with integrating AI solutions with facility management platforms (e.g., CMMS, BMS, IoT devices)

 + Background in building digital platforms with strong front-end development and user experience (UX) focus (e.g., Streamlit)

 + Exposure to advanced analytics, data modeling, and cloud platforms (e.g., SQL, Azure, Snowflake)

 + Strong communication skills, self-motivation, attention to detail, and a passion for innovation and continuous learning

For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
