Every request to access Box services must be authenticated through one of the systems we manage. We own the authentication experience across Box - including web, API, service-to-service, and SSO; and architect, build, and operate the foundational identity infrastructure that underpins Box's security., * Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable authentication and authorization systems using technologies such as Java, PHP, Docker, and Kubernetes. * Build and operate high-quality microservices that power security capabilities including MFA, SSO, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, JWTs, token management, scopes, and permissions. * Provide technical guidance across multiple levels of architecture and mentor engineers on the team, helping raise the bar for engineering and security practices. * Influence and contribute to company-wide architectural decisions, bringing deep expertise in identity, authentication, authorization, and security to technical reviews. * Participate in our on-call rotation, available at all times while on-call to help respond to and triage any issues that arise., Box makes reasonable accommodations for applicants with disabilities.
