 * Proven experience delivering enterprise healthcare products within Agile frameworks., * Experience with Member, Provider, Claims, Enrollment, Benefits, and Group Business applications.
 * Healthcare digital transformation experience.
 * API and system integration knowledge.
 * Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams.
 * Experience supporting GBD initiatives.
 * Knowledge of member and group insurance platforms.
 * Experience working with business stakeholders across multiple healthcare programs.

## Description

* Define and execute product vision, roadmap, and business priorities.
 * Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and customer needs.
 * Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and user stories.
 * Work closely with internal stakeholders, SMEs, architects, developers, and QA teams.
 * Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and release planning.
 * Ensure successful delivery of enhancements, integrations, and new product capabilities.
 * Drive stakeholder communication and manage competing business priorities.
 * Monitor product KPIs, adoption metrics, and business outcomes.
 * Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams to ensure seamless execution.
