## About the Role

* 6+ years of IT Asset Management experience.
 * Strong understanding of ITIL and ITAM best practices.
 * Experience in asset lifecycle governance and inventory management.
 * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
 * Familiarity with Jira Assets or CMDB platforms.

Preferred Certifications

 * ITIL Foundation/Intermediate
 * IAITAM (CITAM, CSAM)
 * PMP or Prince2, This role is considered an on-site position located in Cedar Rapids, IA
 * You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
 * Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Lead the design, implementation, and governance of IT Asset Management (ITAM) processes, ensuring effective management of IT assets throughout their lifecycle from acquisition to retirement.
What You will Do:

 * Define and standardize IT Asset Management policies, processes, and SOPs.
 * Design and govern asset lifecycle workflows, including procurement, deployment, transfer, refresh, and retirement.
 * Establish inventory governance and compliance frameworks.
 * Develop operational KPIs and reporting dashboards.
 * Collaborate with client stakeholders, procurement, finance, security, and service management teams.
