The successful candidate will lead human-centered design activities from user research and discovery through prototyping, usability testing, and implementation. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, business analysts, developers, and end users to create intuitive, accessible, and scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead UX/UI and service design activities throughout the product development lifecycle. Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, contextual inquiries, workflow analysis, and usability testing. Translate user and business needs into user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Develop personas, journey maps, service blueprints, storyboards, process maps, and task flows. Plan and facilitate design-thinking workshops, discovery sessions, co-design activities, and stakeholder working sessions. Identify user pain points, process gaps, accessibility issues, and opportunities for service improvement. Design and validate responsive web experiences using tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar platforms. Collaborate with front-end developers to build responsive interfaces using Bootstrap, Angular, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Help define reusable UI components, design patterns, navigation models, and design-system standards. Ensure solutions meet usability, accessibility, and responsive-design requirements, including Section 508 and WCAG guidelines. Partner with Agile teams during backlog refinement, sprint planning, demonstrations, user acceptance testing, and implementation.
