## About the Role

* 1-5+ years of desktop/technical support experience
 * Experience with the ServiceNow ticketing system or equivalent
 * Strong communication skills to provide daily updates and status reports
 * Imaging and deploying laptops and desktops for onboarding
 * Break/fix hardware support and troubleshooting, end to end

## Description

* Recovering assets through IT asset return and offboarding tickets, including scanning devices in and out
 * Fulfilling software installation/update requests and troubleshooting
 * Supporting our virtual environment (VM requests and related issues)
