## About the Role

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ReactJS, TypeScript, JavaScript, backend development, AWS, cloud-native architecture, DevOps, and system design, along with proven experience providing technical leadership and mentoring engineering teams., * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

 * 8+ years of Full Stack Development experience.
 * Deep expertise in ReactJS, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
 * Strong backend development experience with Go, Java, Python, or Node.js.
 * Strong hands-on AWS experience.
 * Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD.
 * Experience with Jest, Cypress, Datadog, and AWS CloudWatch.
 * Strong understanding of system design, networking, security, scalability, and distributed systems.
 * Proven experience mentoring engineers and driving technical leadership.
 * Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
 * Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

## Description

We are seeking a highly skilled, hands-on Lead Full Stack Developer to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable cloud-native applications using modern engineering practices., * Lead architecture, design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications.

 * Build scalable frontend applications using ReactJS, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
 * Develop backend APIs and microservices using Go, Java, Python, or Node.js.
 * Architect and implement cloud-native solutions on AWS.
 * Own application delivery end-to-end, from design through production support.
 * Lead architecture discussions, technical design reviews, and code reviews.
 * Mentor engineers and provide hands-on technical leadership.
 * Collaborate with engineering teams, product teams, architects, and business stakeholders.
 * Ensure applications meet scalability, performance, security, and reliability requirements.
 * Work within an Agile/Scrum environment.
