## About the Role

* Strong hands-on ServiceNow Development experience.
 * Proven experience with ServiceNow Now Assist and/or ServiceNow AI capabilities.
 * Hands-on experience building or implementing AI Agents / Agentic AI within ServiceNow.
 * Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide scripting, workflows, integrations, and ServiceNow APIs.
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
 * Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

## Description

We are seeking a strong ServiceNow Developer with hands-on experience developing and implementing AI capabilities within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have practical experience with Now Assist, AI Agents/Agentic AI, ServiceNow development, and platform integrations., * Develop, configure, and customize solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

 * Design and implement AI Agents and AI-powered workflows within ServiceNow.
 * Leverage Now Assist and ServiceNow AI capabilities to enhance automation and user experiences.
 * Develop and integrate ServiceNow applications, workflows, business rules, scripts, and APIs.
 * Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
 * Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain ServiceNow applications and AI solutions.
 * Clearly communicate technical concepts and project status to stakeholders.
