This role will help clients modernize their finance organizations and ERP environments, bridging finance processes, technology, and program execution. The ideal candidate brings experience working in ERP implementations-whether through hands-on implementation or ERP program management-and is ready to take broader ownership of transformation initiatives. You will work alongside finance, accounting, technology, and development teams to translate business needs into action and drive complex ERP programs forward. What you'll do * Manage ERP transformation workstreams and deliverables, coordinating activities across client finance, accounting, technology, and development teams. * Support finance and ERP transformation initiatives including application strategy, implementation planning, process design, program management, testing, training, cutover, and post-launch stabilization. * Lead or coordinate finance and accounting cutover activities, helping teams prepare for the transition from legacy processes and systems to new ERP environments. * Plan and execute testing activities, facilitate issue triage, and partner with functional and technical teams to drive issues through resolution. * Translate finance and accounting requirements into clear business and system needs while helping stakeholders understand downstream process and technology impacts. * Develop project plans, track dependencies and risks, facilitate working sessions, and communicate progress and decisions to client and West Monroe stakeholders. * Ensure high-quality deliverables through structured problem solving, attention to detail, and quality assurance of team outputs. * Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis, synthesize complex information, and support data-driven recommendations for clients, exercising sound judgment in evaluating outputs. * Apply AI technologies (e.g., generative AI, automation tools, data models) to enhance insights, improve delivery efficiency, and elevate the quality of client outcomes. * Contribute ERP and finance transformation experience to proposals, client discussions, methodologies, tools, and reusable project assets. * Coach junior team members and share ERP, finance transformation, and program delivery knowledge across project teams., We believe in treating each employee and applicant for employment fairly and with dignity.
