You're in the room before the roadmap is set, contributing to what we build and why, not only how * Constructively challenge PRDs and provide formal technical input and recommendations before work is prioritized * Lead or facilitate technical shaping of initiatives, matching your involvement to their complexity, with a clear escalation path to the VPs of Product and Engineering * Architect AI-led product capabilities - decide where AI belongs in the product, how it's grounded in our data and internal foundations (such as the knowledge graph), and how it stays reliable, safe, and cost-effective at scale * Maintain the architectural runway - keep enabling technical work identified and ready ahead of the roadmap, so product ambitions never stall on foundations * Own key technical tradeoffs and non-functional requirements for your product: scalability, reliability, security, cost * Drive cross-product architectural alignment through our architecture chapter, growing its review and challenge culture over time * Stay hands-on (20-30%) through coding and prototyping, using AI tooling as a first-class part of the work - your judgment stays grounded in the real system, * Not a software architect in the classic sense: your scope is a product, not a codebase - you help shape what gets built, not only how * Not a product manager: the PM owns the roadmap and priorities; you co-own the product definition and own the technical judgment behind it * Not an engineering manager: no direct reports - your influence comes from insight and challenge, not line authority * Not a technologist for technology's sake: if the most interesting part of the job for you is the stack, this isn't the role, * We have a People Development Program - participating in personal development workshops on various topics run by experts from inside the company. We are continuously developing & updating competency maps for select functions. * Our resident communication coach Ivo Večeřa is available to help navigate work-related communications & decision-making challenges.* * Our managers are strongly encouraged to participate in the Leader Development Program to develop in the areas we consider essential for any leader. The program includes regular comprehensive feedback, consultations with a coach and follow-up check-ins. * Bloomreachers utilize the $1,500 professional education budget on an annual basis to purchase education products (books, courses, certifications, etc.)*, * The Employee Assistance Program -- with counselors -- is available for non-work-related challenges.* * Subscription to Calm - sleep and meditation app.* * We organize 'DisConnect' days where Bloomreachers globally enjoy one additional day off each quarter, allowing us to unwind together and focus on activities away from the screen with our loved ones. * We facilitate sports, yoga, and meditation opportunities for each other. * Extended parental leave up to 26 calendar weeks for Primary Caregivers.* ## Related Videos - [Putting the Graph In GraphQL With The Neo4j GraphQL Library](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/257-putting-the-graph-in-graphql-with-the-neo4j-graphql-library) - [ Secure Code Superstars: Empowering Developers and Surpassing Security Challenges Together](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/422-secure-code-superstars-empowering-developers-and-surpassing-security-challenges-together) - [Designing and Deploying Distributed Multimodal Multi-Agent Systems with Google's AI Stac](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1976-designing-and-deploying-distributed-multimodal-multi-agent-systems-with-google-s-ai-stac) - [Marketing x Product: How We Stopped Gaslighting Each Other and Built AI Products That Actually Work](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/100244-marketing-x-product-how-we-stopped-gaslighting-each-other-and-built-ai-products-that-actually-work) - [New AI-Centric SDLC: Rethinking Software Development with Knowledge Graphs](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1417-new-ai-centric-sdlc-rethinking-software-development-with-knowledge-graphs) - [Graphs and RAGs Everywhere...
