About the team We're a small, high-ownership team building an AI-native desktop product from the ground up. Our philosophy is simple: we use what we build. Every day, the team relies on our own product to manage tasks, triage notifications, draft documents, and stay organized - if something doesn't work for us, we fix it before it ships to anyone else. The team spans applied science and engineering, and we operate more like a startup than a large org. You'll work closely with scientists on memory systems and retrieval, with frontend engineers on the desktop experience, and directly with customers who use the product daily. We value end-to-end ownership, strong opinions loosely held, and shipping delightful experiences over shipping features. We believe trust is earned through safety - our architecture is designed with least-privilege principles from the ground up, giving users full transparency and control over what the AI can see and do. If you care about building AI systems that are genuinely useful and responsible, you'll fit right in. ## Related Videos - [30 powerful AWS hacks in just 30 minutes: Boost your developer productivity](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1624-30-powerful-aws-hacks-in-just-30-minutes-boost-your-developer-productivity) - [AIQSpecFlow: Improves and automates your agile process of specification and creation of testcases.](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/100084-aiqspecflow-improves-and-automates-your-agile-process-of-specification-and-creation-of-testcases) - [API Design - Getting Started](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/33-api-design-getting-started) - [From Punch Cards to AI-assisted Development](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/611-from-punch-cards-to-ai-assisted-development) - [AI as a Test Designer: Transforming Experience into Automated Testing](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1984-ai-as-a-test-designer-transforming-experience-into-automated-testing) - [Rest API Antipatterns](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/100208-rest-api-antipatterns) ## Related Articles - [Best Countries for Software Engineers](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/267-best-countries-for-software-engineers) - [Is Software Engineering Hard?](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/448-is-software-engineering-hard) - [The Ultimate Software Engineer Career Path Guide for 2023](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/146-the-ultimate-software-engineer-career-path-guide-for-2023) - [The 12 Best Jobs for Software Engineers](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/401-the-12-best-jobs-for-software-engineers) - [Highest Paying Tech Companies for Developers](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/220-highest-paying-tech-companies-for-developers) - [Where to Find Entry-Level Software Engineering Jobs](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/397-where-to-find-entry-level-software-engineering-jobs)
