Software & Technical Knowledge * Knowledge of SQL and databases required. * Ability to troubleshoot basic software, operating system, and system configuration issues. * Comfortable working with computer systems, technical documentation, and data. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Additional Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field . Equivalent technical experience may be considered. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Fluent in English. * Self-motivated, hands-on, and results-oriented. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. * Strong attention to detail. * Willingness to work overtime for special projects or business needs. ## Description We are looking for a hands-on Engineering Technician with knowledge of both computer hardware and software. This position supports engineering by troubleshooting, repairing, testing, and improving computer systems and components.
