Active Secret Clearance Required National Capitol Contracting is seeking motivated, skilled, and innovative Foundry Developer II with experience in Foundry, Qlik, Databricks, Power BI, and Python. Our work directly contributes to strengthening the Navy's digital and operational capabilities, and successful candidates will benefit from substantial training, mentorship, and advancement opportunities. Successful candidates will be comfortable working with enterprise-scale systems, collaborating with senior Navy and appointed leadership, and developing tools and processes for a wide range of stakeholders. NAVSEA-one of the Navy's six procurement commands and the organization responsible for both industrial operations and digital modernization-has partnered with National Capitol Contracting (NCC) on a congressionally funded data analytics initiative: the Naval Digital Logistics Acceleration (NDLA) program.
