Education: Bachelors or Master's Degree in Computer Science or in a Technical/Business Discipline is required. ## Description Peoplesoft - Payroll Integration System Developer to ensure that all Payroll changes resulting from PeopleTools upgrade are implemented in the proper environment(s) and follow agency procedures. The target systems are PMS and PPMS, the City's payroll and pension payroll applications. Using the ClearQuest change management software package as a guide for determining priorities, and the version control product ClearCase, it is the responsibility of the CM technician to identify potential discrepancies between what has been specified in the CQ document and the version control software in ClearCase.
