 * A minimum of 10-12 years' experience with at least 8 - 10 years in hands-on development

 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into AI solutions
 * Optimize and maintain existing AI models to improve performance and accuracy
 * Monitor and evaluate model performance using relevant metrics and make necessary adjustments
 * Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI technologies and GCP services to enhance solution offerings
