## Description

We're looking for an AI-native engineer who doesn't just write code - but uses AI as a core part of how they build, think, and ship. As an early engineer, you'll help shape our product and have an important voice in decisions regarding the technical stack, direction, and vision.

This is a full-time Software Engineering role. The current team is in San Francisco, and this role is in person at Multiply HQ.

What you'll do

 * Build 0 * 1 product features quickly and iterate based on real customer feedback
 * Design and ship systems that embed LLMs and AI agents into core workflows
 * Orchestrate multi-step AI systems (agents, evals, feedback loops, etc.)
 * Own features end-to-end: idea * build * deploy * iterate
 * Work directly with founders on product, roadmap, and technical direction
 * Help improve our engineering culture, tooling, and velocity
 * Play a key role in building and mentoring the early team
