In this role, you'll help us design, test, and roll out AI deployments that interpret complex healthcare documents, like treatment plans and prior authorization approval letters, using optical character recognition (OCR) and agentic AI. You will work on the end-to-end deployment of browser and phone agents for automating healthcare web-based workflows., * Develop, test, and refine AI deployments that extract structured information from healthcare documents (e.g., treatment plans, prior authorization approvals) or web-based authorization and verification workflows.
